Water - a natural thirst quencher
Drinking regularly keeps us physically and mentally fit. Water is the best thirst quencher. Tap water in Switzerland can be drunk without hesitation and is available everywhere. It is tasty, inexpensive, environmentally friendly and contains no sugar.

Water with flavor
To give the water a little more flavor, it can be spiced up with various ingredients, for example with:
- Kräutern und Gewürzen: Minze, Zitronenmelisse, Rosmarin, Basilikum, Ingwer, Zimt
- Früchten und Gemüse: Zitronen, Orangen, Äpfel, Trauben, Pfirsiche, Melonen, Gurken
- Beeren: Himbeeren, Erdbeeren, Blaubeeren, Brombeeren
Leave the ingredients to infuse in the water for a while for a more intense flavor. The water can also be easily taken with the ingredients in a drinking bottle on the go. Try out your own combinations and enjoy water in a different way.

Cooking outside
Spending time together in nature, cooking something by the fire or preparing a snack is relaxing and fun. Here you will find various recipe ideas for snacks or for cooking by the fire.

Movement in everyday life
Movement is good for the body and the mind. Try to incorporate as much movement as possible into your everyday life and frequently interrupt long periods of sitting. Every movement counts! Even a short walk a day can do a lot.

Painting pictures in the air
This fun movement exercise is suitable for young and old and can be done in pairs or in a group, indoors or outdoors. Instead of drawing on paper, you draw pictures in the air. Are you clever enough to recognize the other person's aerial drawing? You can write the words on small pieces of paper and then take it in turns to draw them. The game is more difficult if you draw spontaneously in the air.
A few ideas: Lampshade, sun, cloud, fire department, baker, snowman, snail, tree.
